Welcome to CubeCore.CC (the “Platform”). Before creating or joining a game room, please read and understand these Terms, especially the provisions highlighted in bold concerning service risks, user conduct, limits of liability, and dispute resolution. Contact us using the details below if you need an explanation.

By actively checking the consent box and selecting “Accept and Continue,” you agree to use the Platform under these Terms. Minors must use the Platform with guidance and any consent required from a legal guardian.

These Terms do not exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law, or exempt the Platform from liabilities it must bear by law.

1. Nature and Availability of the Service

1.1 Service

The Platform provides browser-based multiplayer party games for online social use and in-person gatherings. Basic gameplay is publicly available except for features clearly identified as paid additions.

1.2 Current Technical Conditions

We provide the service using currently available technology and take reasonable measures to maintain its security, stability, and availability. Network conditions, device performance, browser compatibility, and similar factors may cause delay, lag, disconnection, reconnection failure, or abnormal room state.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or suitability for professional competition, prize settlement, or another use requiring special synchronization accuracy or data integrity. Buzzer, timing, and synchronization results may vary between devices and networks.

This risk notice does not affect service, security, or incident-response duties the Platform must perform by law.

1.3 Maintenance and Force Majeure

Maintenance, upgrades, or incident response may temporarily interrupt or change parts of the service. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned work that may affect users when practicable and seek to reduce its impact.

Where force majeure prevents performance, the Platform will give notice and take reasonable mitigation measures as required by law. Whether a network failure, third-party attack, or equipment fault constitutes force majeure depends on the law and the facts; listing it here does not automatically create an exemption.

2. User Content and Conduct

Nicknames, room names, messages, spoken contributions, drawings, and role-play created by players are personal user activity and do not automatically represent or receive endorsement from the Platform.

Users must not create or distribute unlawful content, including content involving threats to national security, terrorism, obscenity, pornography, violence, gambling, encouragement of crime, defamation, infringement of privacy, portrait rights or intellectual property, discrimination, malicious harassment, abusive language, or spam.

Users are responsible for the content they distribute and their related conduct. The Platform will perform content-management duties appropriate to the service as required by law. Reports of unlawful, harassing, or allegedly infringing content may be submitted through the channels below. An infringement notice should include legally required identity, location, and preliminary supporting information.

After receiving a report or identifying a problem, the Platform will review it as required by law and may take necessary measures such as removing or blocking content, restricting features, removing a player from a room, or suspending service, with appropriate feedback and appeal channels.

Users and the Platform each bear legal responsibility for their own conduct. These Terms do not exclude Platform liability for failure to take measures required by law or for other fault.

3. Game Mechanics and Offline Events

Some games include hidden identities, opposing teams, verbal disguise, psychological play, and elimination voting. “Deception,” “assassination,” and “betrayal” within a game are strategies under fictional rules and do not assess a player’s real-world character.

Players should separate game roles and strategy from real personalities, respect other participants, and avoid extending game conflict into real-world abuse or harassment. Disputes caused by a player’s conduct are handled by the relevant parties under law; any Platform responsibility is determined under applicable law.

For an offline event independently organized by users without Platform organization, venue, or on-site management, the Platform supplies only an online game tool and does not become the event organizer. Organizers and participants must perform their own safety and care obligations.

If the Platform actually organizes an event, makes a relevant commitment, or otherwise has a legal duty, its responsibility is determined by its conduct and applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property and User License

Program code, web design, text, artwork, sound, trademarks, and other content owned by or licensed to the Platform are protected by law. Without permission, users must not copy, distribute, reverse-analyze, mirror, or commercially resell them for the purpose of infringing rights, compromising security, or engaging in unfair competition.

Some games use mechanics widely known in tabletop gaming and are implemented using independently written software and interaction content. A rights holder may submit proof of rights and content-location information concerning disputed artwork, names, or copy for lawful review.

Users retain applicable rights in their original content. To provide room synchronization, content display, and any replay feature the user chooses to enable, users grant the Platform a license limited to the scope and duration necessary for those functions. Use outside that scope requires separate authorization.

5. Minors and Healthy Use

The games are generally recommended for users aged 12 and above. Users under 18 should use the Platform with guidance from a legal guardian and obtain guardian consent where required by law.

Please manage screen and play time so it does not interfere with study, work, rest, or real-world relationships. Guardians should supervise minors’ usage time, interactions, and purchases.

6. Fair Play and Enforcement

Users must not use automation scripts, cheats, forged packets, malicious exploitation, server attacks, or other methods that compromise security or fairness. Based on the nature and impact of conduct, the Platform may interrupt abnormal actions, remove a player, correct abnormal data, restrict features, or suspend service, and may pursue legal remedies.

When taking enforcement action, the Platform will provide appropriate notice, explanation, and appeal channels where required by law and technically practicable.

7. Liability

Whether the Platform is responsible for loss arising from use or inability to use the service, and the extent of that responsibility, are determined under applicable law, valid agreements, actual loss, causation, and the fault of relevant parties.

The Platform is not responsible for loss caused entirely by the user or a third party where no law requires the Platform to bear responsibility. Where several causes contribute, each party bears responsibility as required by law.

Loss caused by Platform breach is compensated as required by law. Rules concerning foreseeability, mitigation, and proof of loss apply where provided by law.

These Terms do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by the Platform, liability for property loss caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability or user right that law does not permit the parties to exclude or restrict.

The fact that a basic service is free does not automatically remove legal responsibility. Refunds, compensation, and other remedies for paid services are handled under applicable law and valid service terms.

8. Updates, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Changes materially affecting user rights will be communicated in a reasonable and prominent way. Where renewed consent is required by law, it will be obtained before the user continues using the relevant service.

These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties may first seek an amicable resolution; otherwise, either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict a user’s lawful choice of dispute-resolution route.
